Cleo has recently completed a Sports Rehabilitation degree at the University of Bolton. Her interest in food and nutrition started in high school, which in turn led her to study Sport and Exercise Science and Sports Rehabilitation.
The importance of this area of study really hit home when Cleo’s Dad became critically ill with COVID-19 during the pandemic. Once he was out of hospital, Cleo helped him recover from his time in intensive care by using “hands-on” treatments like massage and mobilisation, as well as by suggesting (and helping him complete) exercises to build his strength back up.
Cleo loves climbing - a sport she says is as much about deep thought and psychology as it is about movement and body position. She also enjoys cooking and baking in her spare time, whether this is for a special
occasion or for family and friends (or both!)
Cleo is always keen to develop her skills further - something she says will enable her to help a wider range of clients in different ways. She’s interested in acupuncture, cupping and Pilates and is also keen to undertake further training on massage.
